Where do you source your replacement parts from?
Whenever possible we prefer to source materials and supplies locally. Supporting local business is important to us. However, at times we do order from other provinces and countries to ensure that we can keep our pricing as affordable as possible.
How long will it take to repair my item?
Every repair is unique so definite timelines are challenging. Basic holes, tears, and hardware replacements can usually be done within a couple days depending on the number of clients with projects already submitted. Please contact us for a more accurate estimate.
Do you repair tack and leather items?
The machines that we utilize can only manage lighter leather materials. Unfortunately, items such as bridles, stirrup leathers, saddles etc. are too heavy for these machines. We are slowly incorporating riding boot repairs at this time. Please contact us for more information.
