A small private residence on 12+ acres. We only accept a total of six boarded horses at any given time to ensure all get the care and attention they deserve. We are a gated and fully fenced property with page wire and top wire around the perimeter, and cross fenced with electric fence. Shared large heated waterer, shared netted timothy bales with access to two separate grass pastures , and horse shelters. Open rustic barn with two crosstie stalls and room for storage/tack. Large ungroomed outdoor arena (90'x120') and 60' round pen as well as makeshift cross country course. Board includes min. twice daily checks, blanketed as per conditions, once daily special feed if required. Regular farrier and vet services available (owner paid).
Two minute drive (20min trail ride) from established stable with all amenities, accepting haul ins, and offering multi discipline lessons (To be arranged with stable & owner paid). Contact us for more information or to arrange a visit.
